Representation of Information in Dynamical Systems: Measures, Entropy and Fractals.

An approach is suggested in which information encoding and information processing are implemented through Borel measures supported on spaces associated with neural networks. To develop tools to read out pieces of information stored in the system, the functional integration method is exploited. A special emphasis is put on fractal sets and fractal measures.
