Fundamental scaling properties in the absence and
in the presence of noise for different maps which exhibit
transition to chaos through period-doubling cascade are
considered. Numerical method of determination of noise constants
for one-dimensional and two-dimensional maps has been presented
which allows to illustrate scaling properties under random noise
influence.
Key words:
chaos, scaling, noise, period-doubling cascade
