Formation of Fractal Structures in Langmuir-Blodgett Fe-Containing Films. pp.228-239

Some types of cluster nanostructures in monolayers have been observed. Thermodynamic, spectral experimental results and structural analysis testified to cluster origin of phase transition in Fe-containing Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films. It was supposed a cluster model being able to describe the formation of the crystal structure in LB-films.
