Up to now, in the theory of superfluidity there is no
physical explanation of the existence of liquid helium
viscousless flow
in viscous medium. It is shown that the existence of
superfluid flow becomes possible due to occurence of flicker noise
and appropriate residual temporary correlations of
velocity fluctuations in superfluid.
Key words:
superfluidity, velocity fluctuations of superfluid, phase transition
