Mathematical Representation of Social Systems. Uncertainty and Optimization of Social System Evolution

The development of social systems as an evolution of systems withinside non-determination is studied on the basis of non-standard analysis. The evolution of social systems is represented as a movement in the space of states. "Human" states space is the reduction of full space which is happening by the filtration. The global and local optimal trajectories from the point of view of mathematics are defined.
