Steady state and low frequency effects in screening of an electric field by a 2D
metal-dielectric
composite cluster system has been considered. Regimes of free,
fully interconnected and earthed clusters have been calculated.
New method for numerical simulations of electric field
screening for conductive disperse disordered systems has been developed.
