Master equation exactly solvable with a special kind
of kinetic coefficients (or transition rates) is presented. The
kinetic coefficients specifying master-equation are symmetric
and state-dependent. The equation obtained is markovian but a
nonlinear one. The technique is presented for to solve the
equation analytically, and the solutions are investigated. It is
found the only stable state solution of the equation is the
uniform distribution.
